If you use a dumbbell and say you were doing biceps curls with 30lbs, each arm would have to do that weight, where as if you use a barbell or machine one arm may only give 40% and the other arm gives 60%. Am I right or wrong.

If you use a barbell or dumbbell you could have bad form but if you use a machine it makes it so you have better form. Am I right or wrong

Which one out of the three; barbell, dumbbell, and machine would be my best bet to use.

On Monday at my school after school we can take a test to get our name on the board for weight lifting records. The minimum we have to bench is 225. At the moment I have been toggling between 205 and 225. Is there any thing I can do to know for sure that on Monday I will be able to put up 225?

I'm 14, 245 pounds, 5'9'', a freshman in high school. My max bench is 205, max deadlift is 365, max squat is 225, and max leg press is 720. All of my friends say that I should play football because I would make a great lineman and I'm built like a tank. I'm not really into the whole sport scene except for me playing baseball in 2009 when I was 10. And I could probably run for the end zone to the other end zone (150 yards).

It ended with her saying "no" and me saying "that's fine". About one month later she got a boyfriend. Now in high school I like her again and she still has the same boyfriend, but she gives me hugs almost everyday. So I am confused if she likes me or not. Help Me.

I want to do football next year and I want to get a workout routine started. If you could give me a list of workouts that would be much appreciated (1 workout for each muscle). The muscles I want to work out are biceps, triceps, traps, lats, pecs, abs, deltoids, calfs, hamstrings, and quads. And I am only limited to barbells and dumbbells. Thanks.
