Me and this girl were realy good mates but her bf forced me away (me and her had gone out a while ago and I think he got a little nervous). Through a load of arguments between me and him she's been turned against me and, I want our friendship back. I only see er once a week and she ignores all my texts

If your an ex then she will choose her bf over you. I don't know why you split up in the first place but she has now moved on. If her bf doesn't want her speaking to you (quite rightly) then she will choose him. He is her bf after all. Not you.
