How would you write an invitation like this?

I want to send an email dinner invitation to my classmates whom I've spent a lot of time with these semester, however I'm unsure how to go about it.

I want to ask them if they would be interested in attending a goodbye dinner party in a specific food place on campus which I think is cheap and everyone can afford as well as show I would really appreciate and mean a lot to me if they can make it/are interested and how I'll miss everyone and really enjoyed spending and having class with them.

Its my first time doing something like this so I don't know how to go about it and would really appreciate your help. Suggestions are welcomed.

If you're not paying for everyone, it's not really an "invitation" to a dinner party.

Just say something like-- you'd love for everyone to meet at ____ to celebrate the end of the semester.
