So if SEC is first...?

Top to bottom, the Pac-12. Oregon, Arizona State, Arizona, Stanford, Washington, UCLA, and USC can compete with anyone in any conference, saying otherwise just shows complete ignorance. Every other conference has maybe 1-3 teams, not 6 who could. And besides, they SEC top to bottom wasn't that great either.

It has to be the Pac 12 right now. The ACC has the best team that can compete with the likes of Alabama or LSU in Florida State, but that just says something about Florida State, not the ACC as nobody else in that conference is all that great. Clemson is the next best team, and at best they are 8-4 in the SEC or Pac 12. The Pac 12 is competitive all the way down to the bottom of that conference as Auburn needed a last second INT in the endzone to beat the 9th best team in that conference in Washington State.

It has to be the ACC. FSU is the only threat to dethrone the SEC. The Big 12, nor the Big 10 has a contender that can compete with the SEC. The PAC 12 definitely doesn't have any teams that can come close to competing with the SEC. The ACC challenges the SEC more than any other conference and it looks like they finally found a team that can take out the best the SEC has to offer.

FSU is the only good team in the ACC. Ohio St. and Mich. St. are the only real threats out of the BIG 10. The PAC 12 has, Arizona St., Stanford,, Oregon, UCLA and USC. With 5 really good teams that make Bowls every year you have to say the PAC 12 is 2nd best. Plus Oregon St. and Arizona are decent.

The Big 12 is very good, as is the PAC 12. Close call but that's my 2nd and 3rd right now.
