Is there a glitch with Yahoo! Answers? I'm not getting e-mail notifications.?
I am missing out on answers because I am not getting email notifications. I recently asked two questions and did not realise that I had answers. I only found out because I got an email asking me to choose the best answer. Incidentally, one of the questions was related to email notifications. If this is a glitch I sincerely hope that Yahoo! will get it sorted soon because I am beginning to lose interest. I usually bank on Yahoo! Answers for all my queries but lately it is not living up to its own standard.
It seems like the problem has now been rectified. I placed another question together with the above, and I have just received an answer which I was informed of via email notification. I hope that it stays this way as I was beginning to get quite frustrated. Thank you.
9 times out of 10 I am still not getting email notifications. Very frustrating.

For some reason, I have noticed that seems to only happen when certain users answer a question, where you don't get notified. That is probably a glitch.

I'm experiencing exactly the same problem.I'll ask a question, then don't hear anything until I receive a notification asking me to select the best answer. It's totally frustrating.

On the new format on your home page you get a notice there whenever someone answers your questions. You get notices there too for a lot of other things.
