My kitten's pupil turned brown?
Please help! I went to say good morning to my kitten today, and I noticed that her right pupil is now brown. She isn't acting any different; she's eating, playing, and cuddling like normal. The eye is a little bloodshot around it. Last night I saw that this eye wasn't dilating quite as much as her other one, but I didn't think much of it. I couldn't find anything about this on the internet, so please let me know if you know anything about this.
No, it's not her IRIS that changed color, it's the PUPIL. It looks clouded over. The black circle in the middle of her eye is hazy.

She might have something caught in her eye that is irritating it, or a scratch. Both of those, if left untreated, could get an infection. Clouding around her pupil could be a cataract, but generally those don't start developing for another four to five years. I would take her to a vet to be on the safe side.

Bring her to a vet, she could be having an eye infection that could possibly lead to blindness.

Keep a eye on it, if it gets worse take her to the vet. They will tell you straight away if she has a problem.
