tips on how to overcome a breakup?

I was dumped by my ex after about 2 months relationship. things were going great. She was great, her family was great, it just seemed like i was on top of the world. there was one little problem, she was moving away in august of next year(about a 8 hour drive). i knew we would eventually have to talk about this and we did before. she broke up with me today saying it was not me but it was her. she said she felt like she was giving nothing to this relationship and that i was a great guy. i agreed to stay friends with her ( i suppose). I just feel terrible even though i had nothing to do with the breakup. I gave her some words of encouragement saying she was a better person than she thought. i am trying not to be depressed but staying busy seems to be the only thing i can do right now. i have decided to start running (exercising) again like i used to. i may sign up for a 5K. any other tips for me to stay active and to get over this. I dont think it will take long since we are still friends but i just hate it that i had something good going and now its gone...thanks for your help.

you actually weren`t dumped by your ex ... just saying

honestly ... it was 2 months man ... that`s nothing ... the hard thing was ... you don`t think that anything was wrong ... but there was ... this chick wasn`t/isn`t into you

8 hours is nothing if she was really interested in you ...

don`t try to be friends ... just makes stuff worse ... then you gotta see the next dude that she hooks up with ... no good ... move on ... disconnect
