"The problem is your attitude about the problem." What movie did Jack Sparrow say this in?

I can't seem to find it an any of them, so if anybody can tell me which on of the pirates movies this quote supposedly comes from that would be incredibly helpful. Even better would be a scene. I hear this line being quoted all the time & yet can't find it anywhere in context.

    It is posted all over the internet, with mock posters and everything, but it's not in any of the movies. I've seen others that practically have the movies memorized refute the quote as well.
