You can sue. Whether or not you would win is opening up a whole new can of worms.

no you cant sue the manufacturer, whats wrong with you?

It is your responsibility to make sure the vehicle is up and running and up to code. Meaning functional, has bumpers fenders, lights, turn signals, etc...

If ur light burns out, it is your job to replace it, otherwise you get what is called a "fix it ticket" which means fix the problem on your car and pay fine.

even if the wiring fails for your lights, or a fuse, or anything, it is the vehicle owners responsibility to maintain the vehicle, if you cannot properly maintain a vehicle, then you shouldn't own a vehicle.

yes you can sue them if you can prove the light was faulty

but remember lights do burn out

and its your responsibility to replace them
