10 months together and no 'I love you' yet!?
Title says it all: Been with my boyfriend for 10 months and neither of us has said those special three words. Is this normal? :)
He and I had conversations about it. He wants to wait for the perfect time, says it'll be worth it when we remember how intense and emotional that night was.
We take our relationship seriously, which is something a lot of people don't do today. We don't want to say 'I love you' just to say it; we want to say it when we're 100% certain we can't see ourselves with anybody else for the rest of our lives. I've had other boyfriends, he's had other girlfriends - and none of them have ever been this important. He never waited - always rushed. I never waited - always rushed; but for some reason, simply being where we are - with each other - is good enough for us.

Shelby. Why would she leave him just because they haven't yet said "i love you" ? Wtf is wrong with you
Don't leave a perfect relationship just because he's doing something decent. That's a good idea. Why say it if it's not what you feel
If you think you are actually in love with him though, tell him (: and see if he feels the same way yet ?
Hope this helps, and good luck :)

This is normal. It makes me roll my eyes when kids say it after 2 months or whatever. If you really love each other anyways, you won't ever need to say it.

I think it will happen naturally, there's no "right moment" you will say it outta nowhere because you truely feel it wether its after a kiss, sex etc. Just because the relationship is perfect doesn't mean you're in love. Truth is love isn't perfect but when you're in love it just feels perfect! :) Good luck! I hope soon you both share those 3 amazing words!

I think you guys will say it when you're ready. I think it's great that you are learning from your past mistakes.
