what is the most you would offer for this house?

So this home is sold but I would like to save up for a home like this. How much would be reasonable to offer ? If I would offer 65 would that be to low ?

Before you would make any offer, you should contact a local mortgage lender to apply for and be pre-approved for a mortgage loan. In your pre-approval document you would know the amount of money a lender would lend you to purchase a house. In this you would not be looking at houses that cost $65k and you would only be approved to buy a house that cost $50K.

Making an offer on a property is not pulling numbers out of the air. You would need to obtain comps of houses that sold recently in the neighborhood with the same number of square feet, bed and bath rooms to determine what would be offered.

Whatever offer you decide to make is the opening dialog between you and the seller about coming to an agreement on what the buyer would sell the house for and what you would pay for the house.

I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck.

Seeing the house might help, you didn't include a link. Ultimately another house will come around and you offer what you feel comfortable with, the seller will almost always counter and if they don't you can still put in a higher offer.
