Some adverbs are usually formed by adding a "ment" at the end. Some simple examples are lentement (slowly), exactement (exactly), vraiment (really) and simplement (simply).
If you "double verb" as in two part verbs like passé composé which is formed with avoir in the present followed by the passé form (j'ai eu- I had, tu as vu (you saw), elle a été (she was), nous avons fait (we did or made), vous avez parlé (you all spoke), ils ont fini (they have finished).
