How do I get the absolute best results from my stretching? Is holding a pose for more than 30 seconds better? Is there any techniques that I could use to get more flexible faster?

#1) directions: Solve each system of equations by graphing (circles)

(x-2)^2 + y^2= 4

#2) directions: write an equation of a cirlce with center B(0,-2) that passes through (-6,0)

#3) directions: complete the square to rewrite the given equation in the form (x-h)^2 + (y-k)^2 = r^2 . Identify the center and radius of the circle. Then graph the circle.

What is the top age they will except you to get into this school? What age should you become an apprentice if you get into this school?

I started doing dance when I was about 11 years old, but after a year when I was 12 I started doing ballet. I completely fell in love with it the very first class. After that I realized how late I really started and I trained really hard for the next 2 years. I also bought some ballet books, so I could study ballet and try to get smarter about ballet. I just turned 15 (a week ago) and I want to either graduate early from high school, so I can go to a student at a top ballet school, where in you opinion be a good place to go? or I was think of going to a boarding school for ballet, but again where should I go? I have a few ideas, but I want other opinions.

I have the body for it as i have read in my books. I have a long lean and muscular body, small breasts, small head, round shoulders, long legs, hipper extended knees, but not elbows, arched feet that are very strong, I am flexible, and I have been working on my turnout really hard (its pretty good now). I train very very hard ever class because I know im trying to catch u for my lost time. I have also been on pointe for over a year and I already got moved up to the next level. Is that a good sign? I know the simple answer would just to be not to go on it. That's not easy for me, whenever in on my phone or the computer and I'm doing my homework or something I always find myself going into youtube somehow and watch videos for like 2 hours. I have tried to figure out a way to try and disable it but nothing works. I feel like I'm just wasting my life and I feel like I have an addiction problem. I really wish youtube didn't exist :( Thanks for anybody who responds!!!!

I know you are born with a certain amount of turnout and you usually cant do anything about it, but I always watch really strict ballet dance schools and the girls ALWAYS have perfect turnout and you cant tell me that they all were born with perfect turnout.

Is there a way to improve my turnout to the point of it almost being perfect? I would do all the work for it and all the stretches every day, but is there like some secrets to help with turnout? I'm so sick of having awful turnout :( btw I'm 14 if that matters at all.

ok I really wanted to read Game of Thrones but my sister said those books were to mature for my age, im 14 so im going to wait on those books. but I am totally OBSESSED with the two characters, deanery's targaryen and khal drogo. uhh I love them so much. and the only thing I want to read right now is a book that is sorta like their story but more young adult. so if anyone knows of any books that would be WONDERFUL!!
