how to get perfect turnout?
I know you are born with a certain amount of turnout and you usually cant do anything about it, but I always watch really strict ballet dance schools and the girls ALWAYS have perfect turnout and you cant tell me that they all were born with perfect turnout.
Is there a way to improve my turnout to the point of it almost being perfect? I would do all the work for it and all the stretches every day, but is there like some secrets to help with turnout? I'm so sick of having awful turnout :( btw I'm 14 if that matters at all.

Yes, girls at really strict ballet schools were all born with perfect turnout, because top-notch schools like that only accept girls with perfect turnout.
You can't get perfect turnout unless you were born with it. However, there are exercises you can do to make the mot of the turnout you have. I struggle with my turnout, and I've been doing this exercise for awhile, and it's definitely helping.
Lie on your back, with your legs at a 90 degree angle in the air. Turn them out, and beat them back and forth, switching left and right legs. Imagine you're doing an entrechat quatre in the air. I find this really helps strengthen the turnout muscles.
For an added difficulty, you can slowly bring your legs down until they're almost touching the floor, and then bring them back up to a 90 degree angle, while beating your legs the whole time. This will work your core.
You can also do an entrechat quatre mid air, and then open your legs really wide, as if you're doing a middle split in the air, and then bring them back together and do another entrechat quatre. This will work your inner thigh muscles.
