Suggestions for first time auto loans?

So I am a 19 year old guy trying to get a small loan out for my first car and looking for some suggestions... Here are some stipulations:

1: I cannot get a loan from my bank OR a credit union since the car is older than 2006.

2: I cannot afford FULL coverage insurance on ANY type of car, so no financing.

3: I make about 900 every month working at Target and pay rent to my parents as well, so I cannot do a short payday loan that needs to be payed off in large payments.

4: Any credit check says that I have a 'thin file' which means I dont have ant credit history. Not good OR bad credit.

I need some sort of installment loan that a person making $8 an hour can afford to pay off (the majority of my check can go to payments). Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Responses stating that I'm out of luck aren't welcome. I WILL make this happen.

I think no commercial bank will help you to get auto loan in this situation. As you mentioned that you do not have any credit history so it will be more difficult to get any types of auto loan through any other financial institution. In this situation you can apply for your car loan online and get instant approval as well. Few months back when I was looking for car loan to buy my first car I came to know about Get in a Auto. I applied for my car loan online through them and got instant approval. You can also do the same.
