So I am a 19 year old guy trying to get a small loan out for my first car and looking for some suggestions... Here are some stipulations:

1: I cannot get a loan from my bank OR a credit union since the car is older than 2006.

2: I cannot afford FULL coverage insurance on ANY type of car, so no financing.

3: I make about 900 every month working at Target and pay rent to my parents as well, so I cannot do a short payday loan that needs to be payed off in large payments.

4: Any credit check says that I have a 'thin file' which means I dont have ant credit history. Not good OR bad credit.

I need some sort of installment loan that a person making $8 an hour can afford to pay off (the majority of my check can go to payments). Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Responses stating that I'm out of luck aren't welcome. I WILL make this happen.

I downloaded and can play the TRAIL VERSION of Everquest 2. I'm using my cousins account so I dont have to be restricted by the 14 day trial.

But I'm trying to change the in game music to my own custom music, and to my surprise, there is no music section in the files at all. But everyone says there needs to be. Are the trial versions files different from the full game? This also raises the question of will I have to buy the game to continue using it even on my cousins account?

So I want to download EverQuest2 from the website, but you have to sign up for a free Station account first. But I'm going to be using my cousin's account, which means I need to use HIS Station account right? But it only will let me sign up for a new one.

Does it matter? Even if I do make one, will I still be able to switch over and use my cousins account?

NOTE: I am posting this from a PS3.

My PC has had a virus on it for a couple of years now. Unfortunately, life being so hectic, I have been unable to fix it. Now it's gotten so bad, this is what's happening.

If you boot it up it sits there at a Windows XP loading screen for a few minutes as usual. It then goes to th HP screen for a split second (it's an HP dv8000 laptop) before going to a screen where it tells me the PC failed to startup correctly last time and asks me how I want to boot this time. Either "Normal" (or last settings that worked) or Safe Mode (three types: Safe Mode, Safe Mode with networking, and safe mode with command prompts.)

If I try a normal boot, it repeats the same process it just did, starting up again, and goes back to that screen. If I click any of the three Safe Modes, a bunch of code runs down the screen and gets stuck on one small portion of the code then resets after a minute.

I tried using F8 wile it boots for Advanced Options but ALL of the options result in the same way the others did.

I tried to run an HDD test and it passed, so I don't know what's the problem.

Any suggestions? Keep in mind I have NO MONEY whatsoever. I cannot buy any new components, or a new HDD. I'm stuck with what I have right here. Please Help!

Ok, so I had a computer that had a virus and I assumed that was the problem, but now that I have a brand new PC and it's still happening, I really want to know! I make AMV's (anime music videos) for you tube. So the audio in my movies has to match where I put it exactly! But in WMM, it doesn't! If i set the audio a certain way for a certain scene, I have to start the video all the way at the beginning to see if it came out right, cuz if I play it from the middle of the movie, the sound is off by at least 5 to 10 seconds. I'm REALLY tired of restarting the movie EVERY time I edit it a step further just to see how it will come out. Is there ANY fix for this?

Ok, so I bought Final Fantasy: Dissidia recently. I love FFX, so I played through all the way in Tidus' story mode and the second mode. Now my Tidus is a level 100 master, but I have 2 problems...

1. How does Tidus get his HP attack, "Slice & Dice"???? I cannot find out how to obtain it anywhere on the Internet!!!

2. Since i'm lvl 100, my level wont go up anymore, hence, I'm not earning any more CP (for equipping abilities.) So my max CP is 450, that's not nearly enough for all of the abilities and attacks, so how am i supposed to earn more to increase it??? Is it possible to find an accessory that increases CP THAT much? You CANT TELL ME it's not possible to be able to equip all the abilities at some point.
