How important are senior year grades?
I know they're important, but HOW important are they?
I have a lot of family issues, I even addressed them in personal statement.
I decided I could easily handle 5 AP Classes... and well... it's not looking good.
Grades:
AP Environmental - A-
AP Calculus AB - C
AP Psychology - B
AP Literature - B
AP Government - B
*Random fun class - A
A lot of issues have been affecting me. Parents might be divorcing soon, taking care of my sick mother, working... it's hard...
Will these grades kill my chances at getting into a good school? I want Berkeley, but I doubt it'll happen to be honest. I have a 4.2 GPA and in the top 10% of my class. I'm scared.

First, there is nothing wrong with the grades you posted. They are not all straight A's, but a B is very acceptable.
Senior grades will show up on your transcript and will be looked at by a prospective college. They are only a part of the overall selection process. Many colleges put more weight on an essay than on a particular grade in a particular class.
Honestly, the big name schools are not all that important to an employer after you graduate. Employers are more interested in what you can do for them, not the name on your diploma. Many people go to a less expensive school for the first two or three years to save money and then transfer into the big name school for the remainder. They have the big name on their diploma just like the people who paid the expense of four years at the big name school.
