All of them would be tough and I would love to see the fights materialize.
The toughest would be;
1. Lara; he's a natural 154lbs, he's also very good, he did to Trout what no 1 else, including Canelo, could do and that is outclass him.
2. Manny Pacquiao; he's slowing down but he is still a good swarmer and a good swarmer always gives a technical boxer problems.
3. Cotto; Cotto does well in rematches, look at Margarito. He did well against Floyd in the first fight, the second should be good.
4. Bradley; He's the most deserving of a Mayweather fight at the moment and his conditioning gives everyone problems.

Manny Pacquiao gets the nod here. You could make a strong argument for Timothy Bradley. However, here is why he ranks second.
.
Bradley was soundly outboxed and beaten by Manny Pacquiao. He fought as if he showed Pacquiao a bit too much respect and might do better in a rematch. He clearly did not deserve the decision.
.
At best, Bradley is a poor man's Mayweather. Anything he can do, Floyd can do better. Neither man is a KO artist. Floyd has much better defense. He's faster and just as tough. The only category where Bradley matches Mayweather is in conditioning and even that's debatable. Both train like Spartans.
.
Even after the KO loss to Marquez, Pacquiao poses a slightly bigger threat. He's a southpaw who is nearly as fast as Mayweather and punches harder. He also throws a high volume of punches. .
.
While I still believe Mayweather would still win, I believe that Pacquiao's heart is away from the sport but that he would be motivated for Mayweather.
.
Bradley doesn't offer much, though it would be an attractive fight. Erislandy Lara is formidable but just not in the same league, even at this late stage of Mayweather's career. Miguel Cotto, at this point, could fight Mayweather 10 times and would lose each time.

1. It would be awesome to see this match already, but I doubt it'll happen any time soon. Manny Pacquiao is definitely his biggest challenge though since they're like equal.
2. I think Bradley has already said he won't fight Mayweather, which is smart. Also, I think Pacquiao is having a rematch with him next.
3. Why? Floyd Mayweather knocked him out the first time there's no point in Cotto fighting him again unless he wants money.
4. Honestly, I don't know who this guy is. I'll look him up later though.
5. Amir Khan - He should fight Mayweather next. He has the power and speed, even though his jaw is glass. It would be a good fight though and almost everyone I know wants to see it.

Its a mix up between Pacquiao and Eris Lara.
If Eris Lara wants to beat Floyd Mayweather he has to be more busier and throw a little more punches while still using some of hes counter punching skills and footwork if he wants to beat Floyd Mayweather.

pac clearly beat bradley, floyd already beat cotto and will beat him again and again bc he is slow, lara just aint on floyds league...
pac is a southpaw who got handspeed, punches hard and in volume, he also got the chin to take floyd counters, boxers are always troubled by swarmers, pacs stamina can give floyd the pressure he never experience before, and pacs style aint textbook, it wont b easy to checkmate...
