Real Estate: Where To Learn By Watching Video?

I am trying to studying for my real estate license. I take the state Exam not until Late Feb. of 2014.

There are a few things I need to understand better. I have tried youtube and typing in things like 1.2 bundle of rights, 2.1 trust of deeds. However, not all the schools have same content in each chapter. Like 1.2 for one school may talk about something else like water rights.

So my question is, where online (for free) can I find real estate videos that will help me better understand terms(words) and show me examples when I want to look up 1.2 bundle of rights and encumber?

Also, what is the best way to remember everything? There is so much to remember I seem to learn better with experience and video.

I advise you to get a book, or a few, that include lots of practice tests, and go through the info that way. Once you are scoring very high on the practice tests you are probably ok. This is just a hard thing to learn through videos and maybe to obscure even for youtube.
