  • Baseball Cards: How To Get Your Card(s) Graded?

I have not bought or sold baseball cards since the year of 1998. I have over 600,000 baseball cards and 95% of them are cards from 1986 or earlier. I have several cads of Mickey Mantle, Yogi Berra, Sandy Koufax, Roger Maris, Ted Williams, Jim Rice, Jackie Robinson and etc.

How do I go about getting these cards graded? I hate to send them out by mail only to have them stolen, or lost. Also, if they come back with a high grade, are they worth a lot more $$$?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

  • Real Estate: Where To Learn By Watching Video?

I am trying to studying for my real estate license. I take the state Exam not until Late Feb. of 2014.

There are a few things I need to understand better. I have tried youtube and typing in things like 1.2 bundle of rights, 2.1 trust of deeds. However, not all the schools have same content in each chapter. Like 1.2 for one school may talk about something else like water rights.

So my question is, where online (for free) can I find real estate videos that will help me better understand terms(words) and show me examples when I want to look up 1.2 bundle of rights and encumber?

Also, what is the best way to remember everything? There is so much to remember I seem to learn better with experience and video.

  • Credit Score and SSS: How Do They Check?

Last year I made $1,700 for the entire year. I spent the $$$$ on looking for a better job. I have an excellent resume. The $$$$ was also spent on buying things I need like tooth paste, shaving cream and etc. The work I did was on and off. This year I have not done the same work since May. So I am not working. I do not pay rent as I live with a friend who is an on site property manager. However, he gives me free rent cause I help him manage the place.

Anyway, I was recently in the hospital and it costing me $999.00 which I do not have. I need to apply for care. If qualified the hospital pays for my bill. It says I need to show a back statement which I do have and it shows I only have $150.00 in the bank. It also says I need to show a tax form from last year. It says by signing this application I confirm the hospital will check my credit and employment history. It also asks for my social security number.

Questions: If I do not report I made $1,700 last year, can they found that out from credit report and social security number?

If yes to question above, how do I explain it was an off and on job and that I do not work currently and etc? I need help.

  • Baseball Cards: Is This A Good Deal?

I need to make some extra money before I head back to Los Angeles. I cannot bring a lot of stuff back with me. If I must, I'd like to take back with me the more high priced items.

I have eight(8) sets of the 1989 topps baseball sets up for sale. They book at between $10-$20.00 but seem hard to sell.

I am thinking of posting a local ad and selling all 8 sets for $49.00 and throwing in a set of the 1990 topps traded, 2 sets of the 1990 fleer update and a set of the 1990 donruss the rookies.

    What do you think?

I just got my permit. A friend has been teaching me to drive. However, I am having problems turning out of driving ways with cars parked on the streets. I am either going to past or to slow when turning. When changing lanes the same thing- I going to fast or slow when making a change to lanes. Yesterday, I turned the wheel turn much and and got to close to right side of the street and hit a gate.

Any suggestions and videos for me to watch? The street I live on is very narrow and it was hard for a new driver cause so many parked cars. I think my friend is teaching me to quickly.
