How to freeze Christmas biscuits?
I've made a dough for spiced Christmas biscuits (here's the recipe - http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/147612/spicy-tr... It's currently in the fridge as the recipe said it could be refrigerated for up to a week. But I'd like to keep them longer than that, and I was wondering if I could freeze them?
If so, would it be better to freeze the uncooked dough? Or to bake the biscuits and then freeze them?
Thanks :)

Your link appears not to be working properly.
Most biscuits just need to be kept in a cake tin.
Always cook them first so the batter will not get stale
I would suggest you flash freeze them first and then bag them up.
You may need to adjust things around in the freezer, or remove somethings for about 30 minutes too get the freezing process started and then repack your freezer. It will depend on how full it is

I have 6 dozen cookies in the freezer right now. I make them 2 weeks ago to use during the holidays. They have nuts, coconut, chocolate chips and oatmeal in them. I have never had a problem freezing them right after they have cooled. I use zip lock bags. I simply cool them completely, lay them in rows, stack 2 or three high and lay them on a flat surface while freezing so I don't break them up, and then they can be moved around in the freezer after that. Nice perk, I get to eat one every day and they are as fresh as can be.

is it for rolling and cutting? or is it for slicing?
if for rolling and using cookie cutters, make a nice patty of the dough and put in ziploc bag and freeze.
if for slicing for rounds, roll into the size logs you wish and put in ziploc bags or in plastic wrap and you can even then forget about it til easter or mid summer celebrations!!
