Pol-Pot, the ruthless Cambodian revolutionist who led the Khmer Rouge, died of unknown causes five days ago. He left behind his two wives, Khieu Ponnary and Mea Son, and his daughter, Sitha.
I believe that is correct. Keep in mind the use of appositives.
