My 8.0 laptop is forcing me to update to 8.1.

I previously installed 8.1 on this laptop but soon after the computer completely crashed and I had to get it repaired, so i would prefer if i just stay the way it is. It's an HP 2000 Notebook PC

Every time I stretch or go running my lower back(mainly at lower right) starts to hurt and i'm only 14! It also hurts when i'm trying to stand or sit straight. I don't have a curved spine either.

Are there any stretches or anything that can help me?

Over the past year my stomach's been going crazy! It starts to rumble loudly when I'm not hungry.

I looked up some of the symptoms online and the only thing i could find is that I'm Lactose intolerant

but i barely ever had these symptoms when I was younger. My stomach did use to hurt for about 10 minutes when i ate anything that had a lot of milk (like porridge or cereal) but that was it.

So what do you think it is? Do Lactose intolerant symptoms show up later in life? I'm 14 btw.

For about 3 years now my eye's become itchy,and I start to experience discomfort and random pain for about 10 to 45 minutes and it begins randomly. My mom took me to an Ophthalmologist about 2 years ago but they couldn"t find anything wrong. I'm 14 if that helps.

From the 1900's and beyond during segregation if people were Hispanic,Asian,or any different race would they be able to go to the White only part of place or would they just stay in the Black only part...?
