I think I have social anxiety?

I'm a 14 year old girl in 8th grade. I'm not just saying this to say I have it. I'm actually thinking I do. Before speeches in school or a presentation, I get nervous weeks before it is supposed to happen. & when it is time for me to share, my heart beats super fast, I feel heated, & I shake uncontrollably. Also, when it comes to calling strangers on the phone (aka maybe a friend's house where a parent might answer or calling a fast food place, etc.) I can't do it. Or just talking to strangers in public. I don't want to go into places (maybe a nail salon) alone because I'm afraid to talk to myself. Even when it comes to ordering food, I get the littlest bit shy. I also never raise my hand in class. I'm afraid of getting the answer wrong & everyone laughing at me. So I'm quiet in class. But I'm so social with my friends or family that are close to me. A lot more things affect me but I don't want to type it all.. Help?

    You do not have social anxiety. 80% of people out there get really nervous about school presentations. As for ordering food that may just be your shyness. If you look back at our cave ancestors, shyness is a natural trait to avoid getting eaten or being clobbered by another cave tribe. So what you are describing is perfectly normal and our shyness is actually a trait that protects us from harm.

    to relax and calm yourself, breathing is important. avoid rapid shallow panting and do breathe deep and slow, also called diaphram breathing, this is calming and is good for you

    have a stretch often. pleasant daydreams will distract and relax you

    any type of exercise also helps, especially long walks practise speeches at home using a loud voice you are having panic attacks, caused by too much fear, they wont hurt you, breathe deep and slow-
