My house was built in 1988, however, I have a few walls that are ice cold in some spots.?

This is causing the areas near those walls to be very cold as well. I know the wall are insulated, but their must be some sagging or gaps. What's the best method to add insulation to them without tearing out the walls. (The area is my kitchen and the walls are behind cabinets, etc.

there are a couple ways, fiberglass insulation can be blown in-but it typically requires cutting into the exterior siding & patching it

you can also use the spray insulation in a can for small areas & with that you usually have to drill a small hole in the wall-you just need to be carefull-it tends to expand so if you put too much in the walls can bow out-you also dont want to bury any electrical cords or connections either.

If you aren't comfortable doing it yourself-get the opinion of a licensed contractor
