What are some of the cells?

My professor asked us this, but I could not find the right type of information I'm looking for. Can you please explain this so can know? What are some examples of cells and how do they differ, etc. Please answer this, Thank you.

She says:

2- Be able to list specific examples and discuss the ultrastructural (electron-microscopic) and light microscopic appearance of (a) a protein-secreting cell, and (b) a steroid (lipid) secreting cell. Also, understand the ultrastructural (organelles) differences between cells that are active in secreting proteins, as opposed to those that synthesize proteins but do not secrete them.

Protein-secreting cells will have a well-developed rough ER and golgi which are needed for the processing and secreting of proteins, such as insulin. Steroid-secreting cells will have a well-developed smooth ER where lipids are synthesized. You might also see lipid-containing vacuoles in these cells.
