How to prevent a facial scar?

A friend of mine got a big cut in his cheek thanks to a soccer ball and a pair of cleats. He got 7 stitches, but he was also scared of having a facial scar his entire life. What he basically do was using the bar soap "dove" every single day twice a day. As a result, after a month his scar was completely gone. I mean it doesn't hurt to try.

I heard using honey on scars is a natural remedy to make them go away. But for now, just don't touch it often and definitely don't pick at it, because it will scar. Just let it naturally fall off. And put neosporin!

Go to a hospital and see if they have a surgeon to carefully suture it. If it is small you can push the edges close together ans apply super glue. I know you think I am kidding but it is used in surgery all the time. They key is to get the edges tight.
