Airline pilots what's the most beautiful airport you've ever been too?

JAC Jackson "Hole" WY must be the one with the most beautiful surroundings. The Tetons, to the west, look as if they are 100 yards away, across the meadow.

Not really an airport, but I've landed on several US Forest Service airstrips up in the Sierra Nevada and in the Cascade Mountains, and you can't beat the scenery. Frequently, the air strip is close to a nice mountain lake or stream that's good for camping and fishing. Makes for a really great weekend fishing trip.

im not a pilot but ive been at Otaawa, Toronto, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas/Ft.Worth, Miami, Bogota, Barranquilla, Cali and tiny airports near toronto. I liked Miami the best because the people are happy, you can smell the ocean and it's just a nice place. the happiest ive ever been at an airport was at toronto coming back home.

The most "beautiful" was the only one that was still open when all others within my fuel reserve range were suddenly closed due to a rapidly moving blizzard. That "beautiful" airfield happened to be MSP and we were the last to land before it was closed too. When you're hand-flying down to minimums of 200 feet and 1/4mile visibility in blowing snow that runway is indeed a beautiful sight no matter where it is located.

Boca Chica Field in Key West is one of my favorite places to go. Key West is awesome, and the approaches into the field are spectacular.

when i've been on a long flight and check the atis before calling the tower for landing clearance, it's the most beautiful thing i've heard all day.
