In Detroit, is the People Mover still running?
Given recent court events, this seems like a fair question to ask. Also, where are some convenient places to park so I can take the Mover to Cobo Hall for the auto show? Finally, what;s the fare on it these days?

Yes, the Detroit People Mover is still running. The people mover fare is now 75 cents per person. I would personally park in Bricktown (around Beaufort and East Fort) then take the people mover from there to Cobo Hall. Public parking around here should be $5-10. It depends when you are going and what events are happening.
