Personally i don't way how much of a role model is by their lyrics and way it by their actions. Someone probably wrote that song for her non the less. Personally she seems pretty straight laced. No drugs,alcohol,partying,shenanigans. Is she the best role model out there no,but really who is. Over all she seems like a decent one.

Objectification of women not entirely. If you want to see objectification look at rap songs which show women as nothing more then a sex symbol and a prostitute. Come and Get It is more like she's this girl who likes the guy so much she wants him to come at here. "Come Hither" as you've said. i think she use to be a great role model but ever since she started dating Justin Bieber her reputation has been slipping a litte. ironically i was thinking th same thing about come and get it earlier today. Shes still positively influential on children but nowadays she has that occasional suggestive story pop up about her in the media.
