i want to adopt a dog but...?
ok. So I own a golden retriever about six years old and he is an alpha male. I want to adopt an 8 week corgi because I'm absolutely in love with corgis. The only thing is that I don't know if they will get along or not. I don't want to put the corgi in danger. Is there a chance that my golden retriever may harm the corgi??

well yes there is a chance first time you introduce them put a muzzle on the golden or just tie something around his mouth just in case then let them play the golden growls or has its hackless up say no and part them then keep doing that

A corgi is a herder, it will challage your alpha male. introduce slowly. and you need to become the alpha dog. If they do get into a fight, my guess is the golden will be the one hurt.
