Grass snakes feed on slugs and garden worms, they do not eat rodents. Young snakes are called hatchlings.

It depends on the species of grass snake but I would expect them to be between 3 and 6 inches at hatch.

They would usually shed their first skin before they needed to feed because of the residual yolk in the body.

Put small live worms in a bowl and let it take them as it needs.

Keep the substrate damp and if the worms escape they will stay alive and the snake will find them.

small fish called rosy reds that you can find at petstores. keep him in a tank with a heat pad and a hide underneath the heat pad and away from it. put paper towels on the ground and use ht etubes as hides. put a jar with water in it, it can be deep, and put the fish in there
