How to update my Xbox 360 XBL?
When I sign into my Xbox 360 xbox live asks me to update my console. I click yes and then it starts. A minute or two after starting it says error test XBL connection, I test it everything is fine and the same thing happens. What do I do?
Error Code: 4099-0000-0080-0300-8007-045D
I cannot download the update on a USB because I have a mac and cannot unzip the file.

Is it possible to download a Unzipper file for Mac? I have Windows and I use WinRaR. Here's a link,
