What is the best flushable cat litter?
I am training my cats to use the toilet, which includes a hybrid phase of litterbox with hole on top of toilet. I need a safe flushable litter to keep from clogging the toilet and causing issues. And yes, I am quite positive my cats don't have toxoplasmosis to kill wildlife. They have both been tested and NEVER go outside to get exposed.

No cat litter should be flushed. You train with the litter pan over the toilet but then dispose of
in the garbage. Flushing would be disastrous to a septic system and bad for a regular system
