Your preference between a Kindle Fire HD 7inch and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, 7inch tablet?

I am looking at getting one of these 2 tablets and I'm leaning towards the Samsung. Do you have any experience with these small tablets and have some advice as to their pros and cons?

Please don't preach to me about a different brand or a different size etc etc... I don't need any geeky rants about something else you think is better either. Both of these fit what I need and now I'm just trying to decide which one.

    Samsung makes some nice tablets. Most apps are supported in the google play store. Kindle Fire on the other hand not so much. Kindle OS is based off android and android is based off Ubuntu mobile. My personal opinion is to get the Samsung Galaxy and download the kindle app. You will still be able to read books but you have more freedom with the operating system. I do have both so I can back this up.

    both are horriable

    amazon should focus on their flying drones

    and samsung should focus on making regular sized phones

    but the samsung is better since it has better hardware

    honestly, the evga tegra note is better than all
