how would i do that with no bleach, use a developer or? and i want extensions so should i get them blone and then dye them the same color ?

You would have to bleach your hair in order to achieve the color you want considering it is an intense red which is very light. If you do bleach your hair you can get extensions that are blonde and dye them with the red dye. If you do not bleach your hair the extensions and your hair will be two different shades of red.
