What happens when you block someone that you follow on tumblr?
To explain this better, I'll just use two random names. (Let's go with John and Tom)
So Let's say that John follows Tom on Tumblr, and Tom follows John back.
They mutually follow each other.
Let's say that one day, John accidentally blocks/ignores Tom. Does blocking Tom automatically make John unfollow Tom? Does blocking someone you follow force you to unfollow them as a result?
My question isn't if you will be able to see their stuff or not.
If you go back to the hypothetical situation, my question would be this:
"If John blocked Tom, would Tom see that he lost a follower? Would his amount of followers drop by 1?"

if you block them both of you can no longer see anything from the other one so to answer your question, yes you unfollowed them
