Software for keeping track of work orders?

I own a small computer repair business and I want to keep track of the work orders that we process. I want to keep track of things like; customers emails, phone numbers, types of computers worked on, what we did to fix the computer, and how much we charged. I was looking into zoho, but couldnt find what I was looking for. Thanks
