Boy Troubles.... Does he like me ?? Help?

This question is for my friend at work who needs a little advice... Please give some advice if you can...

so ive been really close with this bloke at work for a while now and weve become really close... ive started to develop feelings for him but im not sure if he feels the same... its quite a complicated situation.... because i was seeing someone from work and so was he, this is now both over for the both of us and he is no longer seeing the girl and i am no longer seeing the boy, would it be wise to admit my feelings to find out if he feels the same.. reasons to think he might like me are.....

1. he calls me all the time

2. talks to me all the time at work

3. asked me to play pool with him

4.invited me for breakfast

5.invited me to london dungeons

6.he said he feels happy when were both at work on the same day and when im not in he feels annoyed.

7. when he went on a date with someone else he texted me later saying he was bored.

8. tells me about his past with girls hurting him

9. he always stairs at me and comes into my ward just to see me and admitted this to me saying he always looks at me...

complicated cause everyone at work thinks his a cheater but i dont think he is i think his just not met right girl..
