I bought 2-3 bags of spring flower bulbs. The weather this Fall was short and with winter like temps. I want?

plant these bulbs before next Spring sets in. What can I do with the bulbs if the weather won't let the ground dry out so I can plant them? Ever since late October up to now, the weather has been wet or winter like.

Try planting them in some pots and potting soil inside. PUT THEM in a dark area and cool....then put them in the ground in the Spring.

Just go out and use a shovel and plant them in the muck. They will dry out otherwise and be wasted. Doesn't matter if the ground is wet or not, only way to save your bulbs.

chances are slim that the ground will dry out before planting. just plants them sometime between april/ may. the ground needs to be damp for the roots to grow, you don't really want DRY ground...just not sogging. moisture is the plants food along with the warmth of the earth. it will be a dirty project but worth it. check your states zone area for best plantinf time as you didn't say happy holidays
