What are some more electric punk songs like "Can You Hear My Heart" by Bring Me The Horizon?

They're nothing close to electric punk, they're actually metalcore/grindcore but some similar bands are Asking Alexandria and I See Stars

Bring me the horizon isn't considered a punk band but i reckon you're looking for bands in the genre of electronicore. You could try bands like I see stars, abandon all ships or crown the empire.

and you probably have listened already but the rest of the bmth sempiternal album is good too.

Well BMTH is metalcore but if electronicore is what you're looking for try I See Stars

BMTH is actually deathcore, and not even original in its own right.

electronic punk? no such thing.

good deathcore? infant annihilator.

good punk? black flag, the exploited, the adicts... the list goes on.

good electronic? try the monstercat youtube channel. they have good stuff.

That is metalcore. not even close to punk.
