Filed tax return twice, ruined tax transcript?
I ordered mine and my moms tax transcript, and it shows her income but in my name and social security number. I think she has two figures in her transcript, i know its confusing but i really need for my financial aid. Should i call SS? my mom filed her tax twice, because she waited three months and never got her refund so she filed again at H R block and was successful. They told me i should call SS but idk how to explain it, its complicated.

unless IRS goofed big time, only one of her returns was accepted
you Never submit another tax return unless you find out that the first one was never received--and this can happen
what you need to do is get your information together and compare with what was submitted to IRS for YOUR tax return
then your mother needs to do the same thing
if the transcripts do not agree with what you actually submitted to IRS, calling the Office of the Tax Advocate can probably resolve your problems
there is no reason to call the SSA, they do not do anything with income taxes
you should have your copies of your W-2's to verify what your tax return should have reported

So it sounds like you might have created your own problems at this time in your life RIGHT.
Mother does have to get her own information and you do have to get your own information for this purpose and time in your life.
Both of you use the below enclosed information and take the copies of your 1040 FIT returns in hand at that time.
Go to the www.irs.gov website and use the search box for Contact Your Local IRS Office

Your mother--not you, as this is her private information--needs to order her account transcript as it will show what the adjustments were to update the original return to the correct one.
Next year, she should take the tax information to a professional and not let you do it.
