cat cant walk and bleeding from his penis?
My friend cat looks like he is in so much pain he can barely walk and he is bleeding from his peins what may have cause this?
He can't afford to take it to the vet right now he has like no money ATM.

He's suffering and dying from an UTI (urinary infection) - and he will be dead by the weekend w/o treatment. First sign of pain/blood you get the cat to the vet. Your friend is inhumane - take the cat to the vet and have it put down. By this time the cat probably would never make it thru surgery to fix the problem!

Take the cat to the Animal Shelter since there they have Veterinarians & Veterinary Technicians that will be willing to treat the suffering cat at a low cost.

Sounds like he has a very serious infection. You need to get him to a vet a.s.a.p. There are vets out there that will take payments or try a shelter that might try to help you out. He might not make it if he doesn't get help quickly. Please don't let him suffer.
