How can I tune my radio to CH 000 in my 2011 toyota corolla to get my radio ID the tuner dose not tune to 000?
I just bought a 2011 toyota corolla LE. I was trying to activate my XM radio when it asked for my radio ID. the owners manual says " tune to CH 000 to receive your radio I'd". I began to scroll down on the tuner and it automatically jumps to 107.9 after trying to tune below 87.7. What is the problem and how can I get past this. Thank you, any help would be appreciated
Note: I am an automotive technician slightly decent in this area but just can't figure this one out.

I believe that you have to set your radio to the "XM" band, much like you do for AM or FM. Then set your channel number to 0 (or 00 or 000). If your car has a tuner knob, just keep on twirling it. If it uses a button, keep pressing it.
If this does not work, call your dealer or the person who sold you the car. OR call Toyota directly. OR call Sirius XM at 1-866-528-7474. You can also get support online: go to www.siriusxm.com
