Extreme sensitivity to light and sound?

Every now and then (probably once every 2 month) I get a really bad headache during the day and feel like I'm about to pass out, especially if I'm standing up for a prolonged time. Then later I start to become really sensitive to light and even the smallest amount of noise makes my headache worse.

Like its horrible to be looking at my screen to type this right now. Is this just normal symptoms of a migraine?

Update:

I'm a 14 year old girl, by the way. And these have been happening every how and then for a year.
