Is my family being haunted? Or am I being tricked?

So, it all started a few weeks ago. My sister just moved out of my moms house, and moved into a small trailer. The walls are very thin, and the entire house seems to have a dark, moist atmosphere to it. My sister lives there with her husband, and 2 kids. One of the kids, spends most of his time at his fathers "My sisters ex-boyfriend", and the other with my sister, and his father. I don't know if my sister, and my mom are trying to trick me, which they don't usually try to do, or if something "paranormal" is really going on. I guess I'll start from when I got involved, and what I was told.
My mom went to my sisters house to exchange minutes, or something stupid like that. Well Caleb "my nephew who is 2 years old or so". Started to throw a fit. Just to be funny, my sister started recording. The video consisted of them picking on him, asking him questions like "do you want your bottle" "whines". It was normal of him to scream since he is so young, but as the recording got on things got weird. Only one point was weird, but it was one of those things where "once you have heard it you will freak" type of things. My mother, and my sister were both laughing. As the laughing started to end, very faintly you can hear a deep laugh, like one of those demon laughs from a corny generic horror movie. It seemed so real from the recording, but Idk if it's really real. could my mom, or sister have been playing a tape recorder just to play a prank on me? Here are some things that my sister told me happened recently, but has no proof of.
1. Scratching on the walls in the middle of the night.
2. Caleb "my nephew" getting up at 3:15-3:18am almost every night
3. Doors opening randomly
4. Silent banging noises from either doors shutting, or if someone was hitting the side of the trailer.
I'm going to try to get that video, and post it on youtube but my sister's phone is screwed up, and it might take some time.

Ideally, you would have waited until then to post your question, because now it's unlikely that we'll ever hear it. Without hearing it, of course, it's impossible to evaluate it, but it isn't necessarily a choice between deception and demons. There may be a logical explanation for the sound that you haven't considered. When an F-15 takes off near my mother's house, there is a throaty roar that might well sound like what you're describing. . Since you yourself haven't witnessed any of the following, it's hard to know what they might be hearing. . Houses aren't silent. Wind might be rubbing a bush branch against the house. There could be a rodent nest in the house, squirrels in the attic, for instance. . Nothing paranormal about that. . Doors opening right in front of people while they're watching, or just finding open doors around the house? That's not definitive even with one person in the house, never mind several. . That doesn't even make sense. . Why don't you post your question again after the video is posted? . .

Yes , u have a ghost , or a demon .. I know this stuff , i been through crazy stuff and sceen stuff u wouldnt believe , have u sceen orbs ? Thats a sign , and just saying , there's a lot more then we know to this world then white and black , poeple that dont belive in ghost are dumb , they are closed minded , too it all , me and my mom have a ghost box , we can talk to ghost through that , it's called a evp , thats what u caught on that video , if u dealing with a demon , and they can hurt u , they leave 3 scarth marks , when that happends , go get ur house blessed   Then it will stop

maybe both maybe its haunted and someone is messing with you... haunted trailer sounds cool though.
