Can I get warranty for my motherboard?

The motherboard of my computer is not working. The motherboard is costly to replace so i'm trying to use the warranty. I have 3 years warranty for my motherboard and my computer is only and year old so i think i can get warranty.

The problem is that on the cover of the computer box (the casing) there is a seal "Warranty void if seal is broken". That seal, unfortunately, is broken. Is that seal there for the entire computer's warranty or only warranty for the casing? I'm asking this because I saw similar stickers for the hard disk.

No other seal is broken. The only broken seal is the one on the casing. Do you think i can get the warranty?

You won't know until you try! Contact whoever offered the 3 year warranty. Was it the computer company or just the motherboard manufacturer?
