Tell him that as soon as his divorce is final, he is welcome to email you with the subject line that says "Divorce is Final." Then ignore anything else he sends. You are not there to date married men who often get back with their wives to 'give it another chance.'
If your little sister met a guy online like that, you would be screaming what a huge red flag it is and she should not talk to him again at all because he is still married.
