Is or what can I do lawfully about the situation?

We live in New York State.

We've had 2 dates, we get along well & seem to hit it off. He tells me he is interested in me. He tells me he is looking for a LTR and not a FWB thing. He says he's not a multi -dater, never was and isn't about to start now. I've met so many jerks & morons that what I've been told & hear it all by men & what actually is are two different things. OMG, I could write a book! I don't want to not believe him but yet I'm thinking in the back of my head.. yea right, sure you do. He also doesn't like to text { he feels its impersonal & emotions can get misunderstood} or talk on the phone { due to his job, he talks a lot on the phone}. So he'll email me when he wants to see me, he prefers to talk in person to get to know the person he said. He lives an hour away from me as well. He is also in the process of a divorce. Am I right or wrong in my thinking or am I just so used to running into pig heads that my trust is gone? He seems to be honest with his answers when I ask him questions. He says to me is there anything else you'd like to know about me? Oh yea.. and sex is when we are ready & when it happens between us we'll know.

Is there a significant other? He says he is in the process of divorcing. We hit it off well. He lives an hour from me. Would / can he be actually looking for sex an hour away from him or is he the kind of guy who doesn't like the phone much and would rather be in person to get to know you better On a personal level?

is low growing like lily of the valley, has white flowers but not as bell shaped as lily of the valley. They are more elonggated in shape. a pretty flower.

I'm divorced, he never married & no kids. He likes to do different things and tries not to do the same thing twice he says. When I suggest ideas, they get sorta shot down but yet he says.. any ides let me know. So.. I'm confused, what do you think?

He lives with his dad, we are divorced. My ex husband didn't get an invite nor did I get one at my place of residence. The invite was only addressed to my son at his house. So, the question is.... are we { one of the parents} invited to this birthday party?

Long story short..Been with him 3 wks now.Things are good. He says there is only me and no one else. He is happy. Yet, I happen to just browse the ad section to which I answered his ad and I see the very same ad that was his reposted. It was originally posted March 8 then deleted and reposted on Mar 30 and I questioned him he says he didn't do that , are you sure its mine? I say yes. I don't know how he said I haven't been at a computer since the surgery on the 27th. He said to flag it, so I do so today 4/3 and the 30th post is gone and reposted on 4/3. So, I tell him I flagged it today 4/3, I again questioned him and he adamently denied doing it. He said why would I tell you to flag it and then put another ad up a few days later? He was upset with me questioning it.

Would he go to the extent to get the girl 6 red roses, with the card saying that he is falling in love with her and give 2 cards on 2 different other times and also tell her he loves her? IS that being the ultimate player?

It seems that its all about friends with benefits and NSA. Don't people want relationships anymore?

My sister & her husband thought it was ok to send Christmas pic card to my ex & son and not me because I'm at my son's alot. She does have my current address, if not then get it from someone.

A family member asked me if I was going to the wedding. I was like I didn't get any invitation. However, my brother & sister got one. Um, so if the bride and groom didn't know my address ya think they should of gotten it from someone else? Hmmm. What would you do if that happened to you? Let it go or make a mention of it to someone? Yea I know I'm saving myself money of a gift.

He was told that a serious relationship was not what I wanted right now. That I just got back into the dating scene, he isn't getting it.

I am divorcing, so I was wondering is all.

I am filing separation from my husband, we still live in the same house together for now. I was served a court summons to go to court for custody of our son. he is trying to get me for an unfit mother, because I had an affair no longer in one now, wrote once to man some sexually explicit emails.. that he printed off... I accidently didn't log off my email. I see a counselor {therapist} and take some prescribed medication. To which none of these in my eyes do not make me an unfit mother, he seems to thinks so. Also how can custody be done if we live in the same house at this moment? He has threatened to arrest me for abduction if I leave now with our son before custody is settled. Does anyone have any input for me? Thanks.

I've seen in card shops pertaining to separations and divorces. But the reason I ask is mostly out of curiosity.People have babyshowers, wedding showers, second marriages where they have a full blown regular wedding due to one party never being married before. So would someone have a such a party for just celebration or as a"shower" so too speak as a way of starting over new and fresh?
