Currently motherboard repair - a procedure which seeks to avoid. It's not even that, for qualitative diagnosis should have special equipment and specific skills - is available. Just not all problems can be solved using a soldering iron , even if it is in the hands of masters of their craft . IT- technology has reached such a high level that some operations can only be performed at the factory . Even if you broke a very expensive motherboard , the cost of such repairs clearly comparable with the acquisition of new equipment.
Just buy new one.

Most motherboard problems are repairable, but not economic nor durable. Usually if a board mysteriously developes a short, it's likely the result of age, as soldered connections of the board get a type of microscopic growth from the tin and silver that forms tiny hairs invisible to the naked eye. These tin hairs will eventually short out random connections and is near impossible to repair all of them.
Here's an in dept explanation:

So your best bet is to just replace/upgrade the motherboard and have your power supply tested to make sure it's not causing any shorts.
Good luck, hope this helps

Its Better and cheaper to buy a new board depending on what Board you have even if they could repair it .It would cost more than a Mobo is actually worth.

Yes they can just might have a problem finding the part agree best to get another mobo, compare the cost to have it fixed or look at to a fairly good mobo

Not economically viable. get a new one that matches your cpu and ram - or take the opportunity to upgrade ansd sell the cpu and ram.
